Castejón de Ebro
Cambio de máquina en Castejón de Ebro
A new engine for our train

In advance : Barcelona -Bilbao
One coach was added to our train, but 8 depparted to make the trip to Irún near the french border.
You can see the old Talgo coaches tired, but still at work. At this stop we saw the Railroad Museum near the tracks. At Miranda de Ebro will be another addition of coaches.

Todos al tren !! / All aboard !!!

I´m not an erudite, neither a big memory person. I don´t know the reference number of any engine or locomotive. Perhaps these things that I don´t know may be a knowledge that I must, but what only understand is my passion about trains and trains trips, trips in distant worlds or distant hemispheres.
My mother brought us – my brother and me – to a little station in a tiny neighborhood of Montevideo to see the trains arrivals and departures, was our favourite childhood hobby
( or perhaps only mine ? ).
For working or leisure, year by year, I travelled for many countries of Latin and North America, and a constant in this trips was a visit to the more nearest train station.
I can see now my photo memories and find in it a persistent motif : a lot of railroad photographs, from Uyuni in Bolivia to Orlando in USA, from an old engine ( almost destroyed ) to a TGV train.
The railways made me know a lot of people also, with the same – insane- passion, and like a fraternity a lot of blogs and web sites has been appeared, from BsAs ( Argentina) , from Uruguay, groups, indivuduals, instutions for memory preserve.....
And now with the "official " publication of my own blog I can put in words and images my secret passion, came in.
And this is for you reader, from some far – or near – country in the world, all your comments ( positive or negatives ) are welcome.
This also want to be a meeting point for old and new friends.
